Working Process

 

 

Step1: Early-stage preparation: workpiece and equipment are ready

  1. The integration and commissioning of the robot with the production line shall be completed first before spraying.
  2. Production line integration: install the robot to the spraying station and connect the spray gun, feeding system and other equipment.
  3. Workpiece clamping: customize worktable or positioner according to workpiece characteristics.

 

Step2: Demonstration programming: no programming+manual demonstration

  1. Manual teaching demonstration: the operator conducts manual teaching demonstration through the teaching demonstration gun to control the robot and guide the spray gun to go through a complete spraying path along the workpiece surface. The robot's on-board Huacheng control system will record this trajectory.
  2. Path saving: after a demonstration, the spraying path of the workpiece can be saved as a file. When it is necessary to switch production of different products, directly call the corresponding path file, without repeated demonstration.

 

Step 3: Automatic spraying: one touch start, high-efficiency production

Workstation Mode: For a stand-alone workstation, the robot is triggered by pressing the START key. Start the equipment, the robot drives the spray gun to move to the starting position, the diaphragm pump synchronously supplies paint, and the robot automatically sprays paint according to the recorded track; During the process, the paint state can be observed through the monitoring system, and an emergency pause can be made in case of any abnormality.

 

Operating Environment, Safety & Maintenance

 

 

Working Environment Requirements

Use in a well-ventilated, explosion-proof workshop.

Maintain temperature 5–38℃ and relative humidity 35–65%.

Avoid high dust or oil-contaminated areas to ensure proper paint adhesion.

Core Component Maintenance

Check spray gun for clogs; clean with solvent or replace if necessary.

Inspect diaphragm pump seals to prevent leaks.

Clean teaching gun panel and control system interface regularly.

Safety Measures

Install explosion-proof protective fences; restrict access to operators only.

Operators must wear gas masks, protective glasses, and solvent-resistant gloves.

Do not touch moving parts or the spray gun while operating.
