1. Programming-free and easy operation

 

The robot is equipped with a programming-free system and cooperates with the dragging demonstration function, so that the operator does not need to master the professional programming knowledge. The system can capture and record the motion track in real time by dragging the mechanical arm to complete the operation path once; When the trajectory recording is completed, the recorded spraying action can be automatically repeated by starting the equipment without additional parameter debugging, which can shorten the deployment period of the robot from several days to several hours, and reduce the operation and maintenance cost by over 60%.

 

2. Micron level spraying accuracy

 

The combination of high performance servo motor and RV reducer ensures strong power and high accuracy. Its precise gear drive and highly integrated drive&control integrated system jointly achieve the repeated positioning accuracy of ± 0.05mm, which can realize the coating control of micron level, ensure uniform coating and eliminate defects such as color difference and sagging. With the electrostatic spraying technology, the paint utilization rate can be greatly increased from 30% - 40% of the traditional manual to over 80%.

 

3. Efficiency dual engine "for large size workpieces

 

2131mm long arm span, sufficient to cover spraying requirements from small parts to large size workpieces such as frame and cloth. Working process

 

 

Step 1: Preparations

1. Pretreatment of workpiece: before formal spraying, the workpiece usually needs careful surface treatment to ensure its smooth and flat surface, which is the basis to ensure the uniform distribution of the final spraying effect.

2. System startup: start the program-free system and enter the manual teaching mode.

 

Step 2: Manual teaching (core link)

1. Safety enabling: Keep pressing the enabling button on the educational demonstration device during operation. At this time, the servo system of the robot will be powered on and the robot can move. Once released, the motion stops immediately, which is an important safety mechanism.

2. Manual guidance: the operator guides the robot to "walk" along the ideal spraying path by dragging the supporting educational demonstration handle and pressing the acquisition button of the educational demonstration.

3. Track record: during the dragging process of the operator, the control system of the robot will capture and record all track information such as the position, motion speed and posture of each point in real time with millisecond accuracy.

 

Step 3: Automatic reappearance

1. Track generation: After the demonstration, the system will automatically generate the recorded path into an executable spraying program.

Start operation: the operator clicks "Start" and "Trigger" buttons on the programmable system.

2. Automatic spraying: the robot will accurately repeat the spraying action just shown, and conduct full-automatic spraying according to the preset track and speed.
